The Pipeline
From SAM.gov posting to your first draft — one continuous chain
Each stage feeds the next: monitoring finds it, scoring decides if it's worth your time, the digest puts it in front of you, intelligence tells you who you're up against, and the outline starts your response.

Sample Intelligence
A score you can interrogate
Plenty of tools say "AI-matched." We show our work — four fixed criteria, computed from the profile you control. Browse the live opportunity feed to see the format.
NAICS Match
Exact and related-code matches against the NAICS codes in your profile.
Set-Aside Eligibility
Opportunities reserved for certifications you actually hold score higher; ones you can't bid score lower.
Size & Value Fit
Award size weighed against your business size and the range you can realistically perform.
Past Performance
Alignment with the work you've done before — so strong scores are bids you can defend.
Who It's For
Built for the firms doing the work, not the firms doing the lobbying
If you hold a federal certification but don't have a capture team, you're competing against firms that pay analysts to read SAM.gov all day. GovOpp Intel is that analyst.

Summaries, intelligence, and outlines are AI-generated decision support — always verify against the official solicitation on SAM.gov. Nothing here is legal, compliance, or bid-strategy advice.
Questions contractors actually ask
Where does the data come from?
Opportunity data comes from SAM.gov's official public API, checked every 6 hours. Incumbent and award-history data comes from USASpending.gov. Every digest links back to the original SAM.gov notice so you can verify everything at the source.
How is the fit score calculated?
Each opportunity is scored 0–100 against the profile you set up: your NAICS codes, the set-aside certifications you hold, your business size, and your past performance areas. The criteria are fixed and transparent — the score isn't an opaque AI guess.
Will the AI make things up?
Summaries and outlines are generated only from the solicitation's own text and linked official data, and every item links to its SAM.gov source. We treat a fabricated deadline or dollar value as a critical defect, and we tell you to verify against the official notice before you act — your bid decisions deserve primary sources.
Can't I just use SAM.gov saved searches for free?
Yes — and you should keep them. Saved searches filter by keyword; they don't score fit, summarize requirements, tell you who the incumbent is, or draft your outline. GovOpp Intel exists for everything that happens after the keyword match.
What if I change my NAICS codes or certifications?
Update your profile anytime. Scores refresh throughout the day, so changes are reflected within hours — not at the next billing cycle.
