Terms of Service

GovOpp Intel provides AI-powered federal government contract opportunity intelligence delivered through daily email digests and a web dashboard. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then. Partial months are not refunded.

We offer three tiers:

• Scout — $49 / month
• Pro — $149 / month
• Capture — $299 / month

Tier features are as described on the pricing page. We may adjust pricing for future billing periods; existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

GovOpp Intel provides informational intelligence only. We do not provide legal, financial, or procurement advice. AI-generated content — including opportunity summaries, fit scores, and proposal outlines — should be reviewed and verified before being used in any official submission, response, or bid.

We are not responsible for missed deadlines, inaccurate AI-generated summaries, unsuccessful bids, or any business outcome resulting from your use of the service.

Opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov, the official public source of federal contract opportunities. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of government-published information. Always verify critical details against the original solicitation on SAM.gov before acting on them.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and known disruptions will be communicated to active subscribers by email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to GovOpp Intel during the current billing period in which the claim arose.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
