GovOpp Intel ("GovOpp Intel," "we," "us," or "our") operates the GovOpp Intel service available at govoppintel.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Contact us at support@govoppintel.com.

When you sign up and use GovOpp Intel, we collect:

• Email address and name
• Company name (optional)
• Profile preferences: NAICS codes, set-aside types, state preferences, and keywords used to match opportunities to your business
• Payment information, which is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
• Basic account activity (login timestamps, subscription tier, digest delivery status) needed to operate the service

• Match federal government contract opportunities from SAM.gov to your subscriber profile
• Send your daily digest emails and, for Capture tier subscribers, AI-generated proposal outlines
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Respond to support requests you send us

We rely on a small set of third-party providers to operate the service. Each processes data only for the purpose described below:

• Supabase — database hosting and user authentication
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
• Resend — transactional and digest email delivery
• Google OAuth— optional "Sign in with Google"; used only if you choose this sign-in method
• DeepSeek AI — used to enrich and summarize government opportunity data. No subscriber PII is sent to the AI provider. Only public government opportunity data is included in those requests.

We use authentication session cookies provided by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will delete your account data after cancellation. To request deletion, email support@govoppintel.com.

You can review and update your profile data at any time from the dashboard. You can request full account deletion by emailing support@govoppintel.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties who receive your data are the service providers listed above, and only as needed to operate the service.

If you are a California or EU resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR, including the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@govoppintel.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
