AI Summary

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has issued a Notice of Intent to sole source debris management services for ACI (Advanced Contracting Initiative) Region 7 under an existing contract vehicle. The notice was posted September 30, 2026, with a response deadline of October 15, 2026, and no set-aside. This is not a competitive opportunity — it is a notice that USACE intends to award to the incumbent; only parties who believe they can provide the same or better capability should respond with a capability statement challenging the sole source.

Key Requirements

•This is a sole-source notice under an existing USACE contract (W912EK22D0002); no competition is being sought. Interested non-incumbent contractors would need to demonstrate they can provide equivalent debris management services in Region 7 and formally challenge the sole-source determination before the October 15, 2026 deadline.
