AI Summary

Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock seeks a Lenel OnGuard (LenelS2) physical security system, likely maintenance, upgrade, or integration services in support of existing installed access control infrastructure at a facility in Idaho. This is a Special Notice — not a competitive solicitation — suggesting a sole-source or brand-name justification tied to the proprietary LenelS2 platform. Responses are due October 12, 2026; interested parties should monitor for a follow-on RFQ or provide capability statements now.

Key Requirements

•Vendor must be an authorized LenelS2 dealer capable of supporting the proprietary OnGuard access control platform, as competitors cannot support a brand-name-justified proprietary system. Registration in SAM.gov and active CAGE/UEI are baseline federal contracting requirements.
