AI Summary

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is conducting a sources-sought/RFI for a Halvorsen 25k Aircraft Cargo Loader, a specialized vehicle used to load cargo onto military aircraft. Responses are due November 5, 2026. This is a market research notice, so it is best suited for manufacturers of aircraft ground support equipment who can inform the requirement and potentially bid on a future solicitation.

Key Requirements

•Respondents must demonstrate capability to manufacture or supply a 25,000-lb-capacity aircraft cargo loader matching the Halvorsen configuration; this is an RFI, not a solicitation, so no set-aside applies and no formal certifications are stated.
