AI Summary

NASA's Shared Services Center intends to award a sole-source software/firmware upgrade for a Safran HDR WBR 600 system, issued as a Special Notice rather than a competitive solicitation. The notice was posted October 15, 2026 with responses due October 20, 2026. This opportunity is realistically limited to Safran or its authorized resellers/integrators, so other contractors should monitor rather than bid.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to provide the proprietary Safran HDR WBR 600 software/firmware upgrade, which typically requires OEM authorization or reseller status given the sole-source nature of the notice.
