AI Summary

Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane intends to award a sole-source contract for support of Common Chassis Electronic Support Measures (ESM) Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs), Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs), and sub-assemblies. The notice is a presolicitation with responses due October 16, 2026, and is limited to the incumbent or otherwise uniquely qualified source—competition is not expected. Only contractors already authorized and capable of supporting these specific ESM assemblies should respond, and non-incumbents would need to demonstrate they can meet the sole-source justification.

Key Requirements

•This is a sole-source action, so the government does not intend to compete the requirement; interested parties must be capable of supporting the exact Common Chassis ESM WRAs, SRAs, and sub-assemblies. Any non-incumbent would need to demonstrate it is the only responsible source or provide a capability statement sufficient to overturn the sole-source determination before the October 16, 2026 response deadline.
